The essentials about gewko, access and the current product scope.
Let’s talkWho is gewko for?
Private nurseries, preschools and small groups of settings. Owners, managers, staff and parents can use the application, each within their own assigned scope.
Can I manage several settings?
Yes. One organisation can include several settings and groups. Each person’s assignment determines which part of the organisation they can access.
What can a parent see?
Parents access information about their assigned child and permitted contacts. Being part of an organisation does not automatically grant access to other children’s records.
Can a staff member have several assignments?
Yes. Assignments connect roles to the relevant organisation, setting, group or child. A person chooses an available workspace; choosing it does not grant new permissions.
